First IndiMaD E-Seminar - MobileWish: Putting technology to mobile emotions with Samir K. Dash

The presentation topic is MobileWish: Putting technology to mobile emotions.

To give you an introduction about Mobile Wish - MobileWish is world's first complete mobile greetings messenger created with Adobe Flash Lite 2.0 allowing users to send and receive the greetings to almost anyone around the world on their mobile handsets.

When an user sends a card that is published with the MobileWish client , the recipient can receive the card on his/her mobile. Apart from this an email link is also be sent to the recipient's email so that so that he can also view it through internet browsers on a PC. In addition to this , there is a Desktop version which is similar to the mobile client, which can be used to get in touch with the mobile wish cards on the desktop.

Samir K. Dash is a systems consultant (creative content) for Enterprise System Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where he works on e-learning and interactive design using Flash technologies. His application WapWish was a winner in Flash Lite 1.1 web site category in 2006 Flash Lite application contest hosted by the Boston AMaD User Group. He has also the author of the article - Building an external XML-driven photo gallery in Flash Lite 2.0
